other options
My 2 cents: I am hoping to see less of a reliance on medications when it comes to illnesses like sinusitis. Now I am not saying that medication and surgery does not have its use just that I think people need to make sure they are exploring all their options first.
Even in the case of chronic sinusitis, there are options like balloon sinuplasty that do more to work with the body than traditional sinus surgery.
Just sharing some opinions. Enjoy your day everyone.

Be sure to drink plenty of water or fluids to flush out the uric acids. Gout really Is a hassle. But if you know how to counter attack it once it appears your in the right track of taking care of yourself.

It is great to find so much information about herbs online. It is important that we get this information out to people so that it doesn't get lost with the fast pace of life. However we also need to remember that we cannot expect to medicate our way out of diseases we behave ourselves into. If we have diabetes we cannot expect any herbal pills to help if we continue to eat doughnuts, bagels and drink coke. We need to swap over to a vegetable and range fed protein diet first.
